Now that the blog has been up and running for about a month, I decided to begin another weekly segment. Similar to the weekly “What Does the Fox Say”, I will be starting a weekly “Fitness (Health) Friday” segment. This segment will feature weekly posts related to fitness and health. Posts will range from my workout routines to new types of fitness classes, healthy recipes to healthy beauty tips, and all the things in between. I have a few close colleagues who I will request to write feature posts (my sister being one of them- she’s big into lifting weights and can provide some tips for getting started with lifting).
